The Boston terror attack seems to have been orchestrated for a number of reasons – first, to regurgitate the propaganda repeated ad-nauseum to the American people that so-called 'Islamic' terrorism remains a threat. This is intended to set in motion a new wave of Islamophobia and pertpetuate a false narrative.
Within hours of the Nairobi attacks, Muslim organizations and personalities came out condemning the incident. But by doing so they were unwittingly reinforcing the link between Islam and terrorism in people’s minds.
There is pretended monogamy in the West, but in reality, there is polygamy without responsibility; the mistress is cast off when the man is weary of her ... the first lover has no responsibility for her future, and she is a hundred times worse off than the honoured wife in a polygamous Islamic home.
Masjids carry a great social and spiritual pre-eminence in the lives of Muslims. If we see the Masjids crippled and not playing their great role today, it is due to the fault of either incompetent leadership, complacency amongst Muslims, or simply ignorance.
We see death all the time. Yet it is amazing how we feel that it won't happen to us. At least not anytime soon. We bury our own friends and relatives but think that we'll live forever. Our attitudes about death defy all logic.
